I purchased a 2021 RAM 1500 Limited EcoDiesel from them after spending weeks researching trucks and visiting multiple dealerships. From the very beginning, there was no pressure, they answered all of my questions, and they made the buying process easy.
What really impressed me, however, was their customer service after the sale.
They have:
Replaced the rear differential cover.
Fixed the windshield that was installed prior to trading it in.
Replaced a damaged dash trim piece.
Diagnosed an issue with the panoramic moonroof and determined the entire frame needed to be replaced.
When the moonroof issue came up, they didn't make excuses or give me the runaround. Instead, they drove nearly two hours to my home, brought me a loaner vehicle, and took my truck back to the dealership to repair it. That level of customer service is almost unheard of today.
To me, the true measure of a dealership isn't what happens on the day you buy the vehicle—it's how they treat you afterward. Brickner's has exceeded my expectations every step of the way.
