“We just moved here recently and don’t know many people. We had a major well known issue with our 2019 Ford Expedition that needed fixed. We chose Matt’s Auto Repair based on their previous reviews and their reasonable costs. It’s been almost two weeks since they worked on our vehicle and everything is in tip top shape! Thanks again to Matt and his wife Stacy for the advice and help! I hope we won’t need to utilize their services anytime soon, but we’ll definitely call them first if we do need anything!”

“Had my first experience with Auto Supreme Clean and I have to give it to them--they do live up to their reputation. I had a full paint correction done on an 11 year old black pickup. If you know anything about detailing you know that black shows EVERYTHING--thus you really have to do quality work to make black paint look good. I'm very picky with my vehicles, and I was pleased with how it turned out. Prices reasonable as well. Will do business with them again.”

We live in Minnesota and my daughter lives in La Crosse so I was trying to help and being 2 hours away was hard. “Hitting a deer is never a good experience, however, Weber's made the entire process of getting our car fixed as easily and pain free as possible. Some parts were on backorder and one body panel came in warped during shipping, but they wouldn't allow that part to be used. Their standards of quality and perfection is amazing! It took a little longer to get everything fixed than we had hoped, due to some parts being on backorder (not their fault) and with them wanting to make sure everything was perfect when it was completed, but the whole experience has been great. They are very communicative and accommodating with helping us getting our vehicle back to the way it was before the accident. “just wanted to do a shoutout to service adviser Todd Pake and Toyota of La Crosse. My wife and I had brake failure lights appear on our 2017 Prius Prime around Tomah and managed to make it to La Crosse where we stayed for a week of vacation.I took it to the dealer and ask if they could resolve the problem so we could enjoy our vacation. The cost of the repair could have been little or large and knowing that we were at the dealer's mercy, I was expecting the later. I was driven back to our hotel and waited for a costly call.About 1 hour later, Todd called and said our car was ready with the only charge of $150 for diagnostic services. He came to pick me up and I told him that the dealer could have taken advantage of out-of-towners and was happy that it didn't. Todd replied that they believe in Karma and would not do that to any customer of theirs, old or new. Since dealerships have a generally negative image, I just wanted to share that Toyota of La Crosse is not one of those dealers.
