I'm shocked at the customer service. A basic question turned into 10 minutes on hold, then a Manager saying "You need to contact Erica, that's all I can say." Click and she hung up!! WOW. Horrible customer service!
My experiences here are always amazing and the tellers are always such kind folks. I've been banking here for most of my life, even before it was BMO and I will be banking here for the rest of my life.
After a poor experience online, I went to this location and was amazed. Maggie helped me with everything and was not only professional but very courteous. Thankful for the great service!
