From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, walked me through my options clearly, and made sure I understood everything before making a decision. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported.
You can tell this store really cares about customer experience. If you’re anywhere near La Crosse or even coming from Winona like I did, it’s absolutely worth the drive. Highly recommend this team”
“Had a problem with out internet, after trying to resolve the problem over the phone with a negative result we scheduled a appointment for a couple days later. After scheduling the appointment for a service tech to come out the process was tremendous. From keeping us informed to letting us know what would be happening the process was very smooth. Ryan the tech arrived on time and in a matter of minutes had diagnosed the problem and began to fix our internet. Can't say enough good things about Ryan from his knowledge and courteous approach on the whole situation! He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. “Staff know the products and services they sell. They are professional and do everything they can, within the confines of their company policies and procedures, to help customers with their needs. Wait times can be frustrating, but in no way a reflection on the willingness of the employees to help. You could be in and out of there in 20 minutes IF nobody is in front of you in line, or, it may take 2 or more hours until staff are free to help. If there are more than two walk in customers ahead of you, be prepared to wait as getting a new phone or upgrading is not a quick process. I suppose it’s a catch 22 due to the potential of over staffing if it’s a slow day. The ability to make an appointment would be nice.”
