“He really tried to get my phone working and then replaced But it’s almost 3 weeks later and my phone sits here unable to make or receive calls. The internet does not work. I’ve called Verizon or the fraud dept or Asurian 10 times since 9/23. I’ve waited online for 8.5 hours one night. I’m waiting now. Everyone wants to help me but I have not received my new promised iPhone. I have not been able to use my phone since 9/23. Am I going to be compensated for over a month of my phone not working?”

“I came in to check how much it would be for me to upgrade my iPhone. Right from the start, Ryan was so kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to purchase a phone. I ended up purchasing the iPhone 17 Pro Max and I’m so happy I did! He also set me up with a liquid screen protector. Thank you, Ryan!!!”

“Charles at the LaCrosse WI location was above AMAZING today!!!! Charles is personable, extremely knowledgeable, fun to talk with, was top notch guest service!!, did all the work for me, promised to be there in the future, ....... Let me tell ya, Charles is the person to see if you need help at T-Mobile. However, Robert aka Joe from Blue Bloods, was very personable too!!! Way to go Charles!!! Nicely done”
