“Had a problem with out internet, after trying to resolve the problem over the phone with a negative result we scheduled a appointment for a couple days later. After scheduling the appointment for a service tech to come out the process was tremendous. From keeping us informed to letting us know what would be happening the process was very smooth. Ryan the tech arrived on time and in a matter of minutes had diagnosed the problem and began to fix our internet. Can't say enough good things about Ryan from his knowledge and courteous approach on the whole situation! He explained what was wrong and what he would do to fix it. “I've been paying for device protection for years and now that I need to use it, they keep denying my claims. I have not been happy with the switch. I really hate that IS Cellular switched because I have had nothing but terrible experience with T Mobile and it looks like it's going to be continuous disappointment until I am able to leave this company (I'm stuck in a contract that I signed with US Cellular, at the moment). So I'm going to go back on my review. The people working in the store have gone above and beyond to fix my situation. And I have to give them credit for that. I'm still not thrilled about the switch but I will give credit where it's due and the employees have went pulling strings for me to help me out.”
