The Radisson La Crosse offers a mixed experience centered on its excellent location and views. The hotel is within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and attractions, with wonderful views of the Mississippi River waterfront park from many areas. The in-house Three Rivers Restaurant and Bar provides stunning river views, though breakfast receives criticism for needing better quality and more variety. Feedback on rooms varies. They are generally found to be clean and well-kept, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. However, some rooms have issues with noise, particularly those overlooking the indoor pool or with connecting doors that lack sound insulation. Bathrooms are noted as clean but small and in need of updating. Room pricing is considered steep by some, with high local taxes, leading to a sense that the value does not always match the cost. The staff receives significant praise for being excellent, helpful, and attentive to group needs, demonstrating a genuine desire to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed. They are noted for their flexibility and attention to detail, especially for organized events. The hotel's exterior and interior are well-maintained. While some find it a lovely location for a nice vacation or group event, others feel the experience is average and not super special compared to other hotels.
Great location. Staff were hit and miss. Bathroom renovation looks amazing. Smells a little on the floors. View on the river was incredible especially when it snowed.

Great location, right on the Mississippi River. The staff was great. Rooms were on the smaller side.

I had a surprise surgery sprung on me. Even though there was a no refund policy, they worked with me and gave a full refund. They may not be able to do this regularly but my request was over a month before the reservation. Thanks everyone. It helps a lot.
