“I can't rate anything because I just went in to look around however it was so beautiful, upscale & trendy! The smells were also amazing! ❤️ We will for sure be coming back and staying at the hotel sometime and enjoying the different restaurants they offer!”

“The restaurant is beautiful and peaceful, just perfect! While it is rather minor, the waitstaff forgot to refill my requested beverage until nearly the end of our eating. The restaurant only had 3 other tables, so not a case of being too busy. In a restaurant of this caliber and price, I expect nearly 100% every time. Aside from that, we were very pleased with our choices: salmon and French onion soup.”

“This location and hotel is being renovated, but they tastefully choose good hours to make noise while under construction. Unfortunately, their thick, heavy steel doors are difficult for handicapped and elderly people to open or to hold open.Rooms: New furniture and appliancesSafety: For my 80-year-old mother, we had to go to her floor and room to open her door each time. If there had been a fire, she would not be able to exit her room via her very heavy door.Food & drinks: Other than their convenient-store area, you can walk to Festival Foods grocery store, a pizza place, and other areas.”

“We stayed at the Radisson Hotel La Crosse for a group event in July of 2023 for four nights. Our experience was absolutely wonderful and the hotel staff made our event a complete success. The location is great, within easy walking distance of many downtown restaurants and attractions, and it has a wonderful view of the waterfront park and river. The in-house restaurant, Three Rivers Restaurant and Bar, is stylishly designed, has a lovely river view, and the bar is full service with a very graceful yet comfortable feel. Our contact with the hotel for our group, Krista, was incredible! She went out of her way to send us information about local attractions and scenic routes which she thought might interest our car group. When we received our breakfast vouchers for the restaurant at check-in, we noticed she even imported the logo for our organization, Overdrive Adventures, and used that graphic on the top of the voucher! We were totally blown away at the attention to detail, and they even included our event logo on their digital display welcome/information boards.I can not stress enough how we felt that they genuinely wanted us to be comfortable and welcomed. When we needed space to informally gather our group, they helped us find space that worked. When we told them we were a car group, Krista made sure a car wash station was set up for us. They even designated a section of the parking area specifically for us. For car people, these little extras mean so very much. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially for car clubs and groups. You can't go wrong here!As far as our room goes, we had a city view room on the fifth floor which we loved because it let us see our cars. The king size bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything about the room was well layed out and clean. Plenty of towels, plenty of space, plenty of light, and the air conditioning worked well without being noisy (and it was particularly hot the week we were in town, so good AC was a big deal). If I had to complain about anything (and I'm having to work to find anything to gripe about!) it was that the mini-fridge was not super cold and not designed to keep anything other than bottles or cans in. Frankly, it's not that big of a deal. In the overall picture, it's hardly worth even mentioning.I would definitely return whether it was for a group event or just for a nice vacation. A lovely location and a lovely experience.”

“The staff was nice. However, our room had a lot of broken furniture and seemed a little dirty but not the worst room I've seen. Unfortunately, after we left, we are pretty sure we got bed bugs from the room. I can't prove it but we started seeing the signs after we got to our next destination...Rooms: Not too clean, possible bed bugs”

“Ac didn't work that well, had a funky smell, walls were thin, flooring needed work as well as the shower area. Very skimpy on the towels. The people above us were very loud at 12 am and when I went to tell someone up front no one was there and the service bell didn't work. Not worth the money.”

“Very clean, beds are comfortable. I wish I'd brought my own pillow. The staff is outstanding. Knowing it is pet friendly, I was concerned about my allergies. I had no issues what so ever. Not an issue for me, but there is no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Maybe it would be available upon request? As I said, not an issue for meVery affordable, location is nice. Not too far from the campuses and a $12 Uber from 3rd St. No frills, but it fulfilled its purpose. I would stay againWalkability: Not really anywhere to walk, aside from Pizza Hut and Kwik Trip.”

“Hotel was nice expect the free breakfast was very lacking. Every other hotel I stayed in has had a pancake maker or a waffle maker or hot eggs and bacon or potatoes. This hotel had none of that. It only had breakfast sandwiches. Not much of anything else. No fruit or anything. I was under the impression that is had eggs, but I guess I was wrong. I guess all Americinns are different. Because I stayed at one in another city and the breakfast was immense. The swimming pool was very small as was the hot tub but still nice to go in. It was very pleasant because with the skylight roof it felt like being in an outdoor pool. The roof let in a ton of sunlight. The location was beautiful. Right off the interstate and right on the river. There is a bar/restaurant that you can sit outside and eat/drink and enjoy the view.I thought the room was your typical budget hotel room. We didn't have a pool room so that was nice cause didn't hear a thing at night. AC was a bit noisy as was my husbands snoring but put in some good earplugs and didn't hear a thing. I slept 9 hours, I was so tired and the beds were so comfy.”
