“I went to the store about 5:30 pm on a Sunday. Just needed 5amp fuses. Brought the old one to compare. The young person working sent me to the correct aisle. Got what I needed. Asked him if he thought they would work as there was tiny bit of difference in the fuse legs. He was sure they would. I got super courteous and respectful service and left the store with a most positive impression. Thank you to the gentleman working. Just super. Lastly, yes, the fuse worked perfectly.”

“I love that everytime I go to this store, the same guy (Mark I think his name is) is there and almost always has the part I need in-house and if not, can most of the time get it from their wharehouse the same day. The other Auto parts stores in town never have the same people working as the last time you were there and or the people are not as knowledgeable.”
“Brought a tire in for a new valve stem, turned out there was a small nail in my tire, it nearing 7pm (closing time) and both the employee and manager were willing to stay after and plug my tire with zero negativity. Not the biggest deal to some but to me at the time it was clutch, 5 star customer service at Baraboo Wal-Mart whaaatttt?! Thanks guys you rock”
“Props for being open on sunday. I appreciate the techs working with me and getting the tire bead popped off so i could continue working on it. Walmart machines are too small for bigger tires, so they couldn't do the rest. But it's exactly what I needed for the day.

“About three hours away from home, our Ford Explorer started acting up. My husband Mitch popped the hood to discover a broken spark plug wire. We knew this meant we were NOT going anywhere. Not familiar with the area, we started looking up O’Reilly locations nearby. My husband called and spoke with Keith, who told us they had new wires in stock. Once my husband explained our predicament, Keith didn’t hesitate to speak with fellow staff to try and get the part to us, despite not having a delivery driver on staff. Within 20 minutes, Cameron showed up with the part and we were back on the road within 5 minutes!!
Someone give these guys a raise, you don’t find kind helpful people like this just anywhere! Thanks to these great people, we aren’t stranded away from home. ??”
