Ishnala Supper Club
S2011 Ishnala Rd, Lake DeltonAbsolutely lived up to the hype. The property is gorgeous, the food and beverage quality was in line with expectations and the price point. But you just can't beat that view. We arrived at 430 and got on the wait list, which was about 2 hrs. We enjoyed the beach, walked a bit on one of the trails, and tried some of the signature cocktails. The Tipsy Canoe was perfect for the hot temps and the old fashioneds are expertly made. Love seeing the Old Fashioneds served counter at the front entrance. The escargot was well cooked, the bread was delicious, steak was barely over MR and still juicy and well seasoned, and the duck had a fun presentation! Only negative comment would be the cocktail service. We were at a table with 2 servers going around the area. Minimal awareness, trying to make eye contact and call someone over when I could, but after 40 minutes, we just went to the bar to grab our round.

49 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy S, Lake DeltonBrat House is always a MUST any time we are in the Dells. The brats are amazing, of course, but you really can’t go wrong with just about anything there. I definitely recommend trying the pretzel appetizer. We had friends from Georgia with us once and I suggested getting the pretzel, and my friend wasn’t too keen on it saying soft pretzels are kind of boring. I told her since we’re in Wisconsin, she should give it a try. She loved it, and told me a week later she couldn’t stop thinking about the pretzel! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The restaurant feels homey with an eclectic variety of tables, chairs, and seating locations. You won’t regret going to the Brat House!
