1612 North High Point Road, MiddletonWe had our precious cat Pussycat there for her second emergency visit in her life. She got excellent pain care and we made the extremely tough decision any pet owner makes…she needed to rest in peace. The staff were AMAZING and so sympathetic and gave us ALL the time to say our goodbyes…cry…hug on…and they gave us some of her hair and her heartbeat printout to take home along with being priced well below what we were thinking we would get charged. We later got a sweet card from the staff letting us know how sorry they were. I 100% trust VCA. They helped us years ago give us 5 more years with our Pussycat and made the goodbye the most sentimental we couldn’t do at 11pm on a Sunday. ❤

I initially was a little worried about how he would do, since he is a bit of a “Velcro dog.” To my surprise, he adjusted really quickly and can’t get in the door fast enough. The staff learned his name right way and are always kind and helpful. It has helped him in feeling comfortable and confident around dogs of all sizes (and he is only around 10 lbs). You can tell that they are all very knowledgeable and skilled in working with dogs, and I have no worries about my dog while he is there, which is so nice. I love that my dog is always happy and tired when I pick him up! I am very grateful that I found them when I did!

Bockfest is always great and I've never been disappointed in the crowd or the music. The staff are always so friendly and it's nice to see a good community of people. The biggest issue they have is parking, especially on event days. If you are just looking for beer you can visit any time and probably won't have the parking issue, but it's not really much to see unless they are hosting an event.

Our waitstaff was a little slow in getting to us but once she showed up she was courteous, prompt and accommodating. The food was exceptional, portions sizable and the character of the setting phenomenal. I don’t know how old the building is but it looked an Art Deco creation from decades ago. They are renowned for their pies but I was too full from the omelette I ordered to eat any pie.
