Lake Geneva Veterinary Clinic
N1172 WI-120, Lake GenevaWe love Dr. Rydberg and staff. My parents took their pets to him when I was younger so when I got my first dog this is where I went. Now my daughter goes there too with her pets. She lives two hours away, that should tell you something. He is very caring and compassionate and puts the animal 1st.

We’ve boarded brought him in to The Barking Lot for a play date before we left him for 18 days. We were anxious every day of his stay but he came home happy and well cared for! Pet-Friendly Restaurants

Great Eggs
220 Cook St, Lake GenevaThink breakfast wraps made to order. This is a place that serves wraps with eggs and your choice of meat and vegetables. You go up to the counter and they ask you what kind of tortilla (3 choices), eggs or egg whites (and I got mine scrambled) and then a few choices of vegetables and/or meat. Then, the wrap is made right in front of you. Excellent. Customized. They have tables both inside and outside. Inexpensive.

The Bottle Shop
617 W Main St, Lake GenevaThe Bottle Shop was my favorite place that I went while visiting Lake Geneva. The friendly staff, chill environment, and selection were amazing. Wine, Beer, cocktails, cider, and cheese!! I went back multiple days in a row, sometimes reading/journaling and sometimes talking to locals. I can’t wait to come back to Lake Geneva so I can go to The Bottle Shop!

Simple Café
525 Broad St, Lake GenevaWent here during a road trip because it seemed popular. The food was decent but nothing amazing, and a little pricey for what it is. Service is good and the vibe is cute. A lot of vegetarian and gluten free options which was good.

Papa’s Blue Spruce Resort
W4086 Lakeshore Dr, Lake GenevaMy entire family loved the food here! The cheeseburgers were juicy and perfect. The Vegan Walnut Burger was surprisingly delicious! I'm not vegan but have a milk allergy, so it can be hard to find tasty restaurant options. I would definitely come back for the delicious walnut burger here, and would recommend it to anyone.

Geneva Lake Distilling + Winery
401 E Sheridan Springs Rd, Lake GenevaIt's an interesting winery and distillery. Cute entrance with grape vines in front and next to it. It is also an art studio so there are various items for sale.
We did a wine tasting and the wine was pretty good. We especially liked their port style offering.
We also tried some cocktails. I love old fashioneds and try them everywhere. They had an island themed one. Not my favorite! But a creative approach.
The person serving us was a bit abrupt which was a little disconcerting.

Avant Cycles
912 S Wells St, Lake GenevaI went as a walk in with a bit of an emergency as I was scheduled to ride 60 miles the next day. They took me right in and fixed my problem in about 30 minutes. Very friendly. Fair prices. Wish I had this team in my home town,

Barrique Bistro & Wine Bar
835 Wrigley Dr, Lake GenevaWe were out in the pursuit of some seafood, and we found Barrique near Lake Geneva. It's a small and quaint place facing the lake. The food was fantastic and they had wine for $5 a glass. We had ordered a soup flight (bisque, chilli), flatbread with burrata, crab cake, lobster roll and a poke bowl. The only dish that disappointed me a bit was the rice bowl - I had a poke bowl in mind, but you have to order the fish separately, which defeats the entire purpose of a poke bowl. There was more rice than toppings, and the dish overall felt a bit dry. Everything else was pretty good. No complaints. Service was good. Overall a decent experience.

Oakfire
831 Wrigley Dr, Lake GenevaOakfire’s menu is well curated and the restaurant’s vibes are inviting. We wish that we had been able to of been seated on one of the inner balconies, but unfortunately got seated on the street where the picnic tables are incredibly uncomfortable. Not very service dog friendly, as it seemed as though this was the reason for them seating us there instead of closer to or inside of the restaurant. The food was outstanding - fresh, 10/10 tasty, and different than any other “artisanal” style pizza I’ve ever had. The gluten friendly crust was also a 10/10, and a thin and crispy style crust.

Lake-Aire Restaurant
804 W Main St, Lake GenevaA fantastic diner!! After a fabulous girls weekend in town this was the perfect goodbye meal!! Thankful we ignored the questionable reviews and tried it!! Everyone at the table loved their meal!! Highly recommend getting the tater tots!! I took a risk and got the shrimp po' boy, I was worried it would have 4 pieces of shrimp! Boy was I wrong!! The po' boy was delicious and very filling!! The sauce, amazing!! Restaurant was a bit loud, but that was due to a very happy table near by. At some points we couldn't hear each other talk ha! Our server was very nice, gave great recommendations and gave us the perfect amount of attention!!
