2919 IL-173, RichmondI had an absolutely amazing experience with pups4kids and I can't recommend them enough! We got our girl here back in May, and she has been such a joy. We haven't had any health or behavioral issues with her at all. When we went to pick her up, she was in a very clean and well-maintained area. You can tell that all the puppies are healthy, happy, and well-cared for. Robin was also incredibly helpful and answered all of our questions. If you're looking for a new furry friend, this is definitely the place to go!

9902 North Main Street, RichmondMy husband and I had to unexpectedly put our German Shepherd down after a ruptured spleen. We had only taken her to Richmond Vet Clinic a few times as we moved from Oklahoma to the area, so they had not known her long. The nurse to helped us during this appointment was absolutely phenomenal. She was kind, gentle, patient, understanding and went above and beyond giving Kimber all of the love and treats. A couple weeks after we said goodbye, we got a card in the mail from the clinic that was signed by what seemed like every single person from the clinic- my husband and I were blown away. A few weeks after that!!! we got a card in the mail from the Wildlife Hospital in Lake Geneva letting us know a donation was made by the clinic in Kimbers honor. We are absolutely blown away by their support, empathy, and level of care. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting their pups and other fur babies to feel safe, comfortable and loved ❤

3806 IL-173, RichmondI have been searching for a new vet since my amazing, former vet left her practice. Dr. Dicarlo Webber is kind, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I’ve only seen her a couple times (so far) but I am thrilled to have found her. I am absolutely thankful that she is as informative as she is. You can tell she loves working with the animals. Staff is welcoming as well, her techs are awesome.

11011 US-12, RichmondThe food and service are excellent. My family decided to grab dinner from here after visiting a nearby farm for fall fest activities. We ordered a few burgers, a couple chili cheese dogs and some sides(onion rings, cheese curbs and mozzarella sticks.) the food was top notch, beats Portillo’s every day of the week. I’m actually missing the food here now. The music on Sunday nights is incredible. I’d urge anyone looking for great food after a long farm day or any day for that matter to give this place a shot. You won’t be disappointed.
