“Dirk and his team at EC Moving & Storage did an excellent job supporting our recent department moves at Park Falls. I'd highly recommend using EC Moving & Storage for your facility and department moving needs! Dirk provided advice based on his vast experience of assisting other healthcare organizations that really proved to be efficient and effective. The team was professional and courteous. Look forward to future opportunities to work with Dirk and his team.”

“Recently rented a 20x48 unit with the 14x14 electric door. I do “tractor things” for people, this unit is great to store my trailer and implements. Also conveniently located on Highway 12 just east of Altoona. Russell the local manager was very helpful and responsive when I moved in. Big fan, great location nice clean storage with a wide apron for maneuvering.”

“In concern for the climate controlled self storage building:Why do the "motion detected" lights turn off every 10 minutes? Pitch black darkness even though I'm in the hallway? I will stumble and have a terrible fall with zero visibility as I measured 100 FEET, YES 100, I have to walk in order for the lights to motion back on. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! And WHEN I get injured under such conditions I most definitely WILL file a serious injury claim lawsuit directed toward MENARDS, INC complete with video evidence. If anybody responsible for this doesn't make immediate corrections, I will also personally SUE that negligent individual as this will be the only gracious warning/notification concerning this extremely dangerous OSHA safety hazard.”

“I stored my belongings at Gold Star Mini Storage for 5 years. I thought I would be there for 12 months the most. Ben has been nothing but courteous and helpful over the years, answers my questions fast, got me out of a bind or two (frozen lock, etc.) and keeps a top-notch facility. I'm glad I stumbled onto Gold Star because they are the best, most trusted storage facility I've ever leased from. No critter problems or anything. Keep up the great work!”

“I've been to MANY uhaul dealers and stores in my life, I mean MANY. This is the best, and I don't say that lightly! Immediate service, friendly, knowledgeable, willing to help and give excellent professional advice. Explained everything up front, it was a two team duo tonight and they worked in tandem like a well oiled machine! Highly recommend this location!”

“Incredibly understanding, nice people. I made a mistake and thought I had paid my last fee and was all finished with the space. When I finally realized I had actually been charged another month and a couple late fees I looked back at my transactions and realized I actually had NOT paid my final bill. I called to get it squared away, fully expecting to pay all my charges and fees, but after explaining what had happened, they took off all the extra charges. The space itself is nice and clean as well. :)”

“Andrew, Felix, and the rest of the team at Eau Claire’s Uhaul are great. They all are very friendly and management make sure to put their customer and their concerns always first! I personally do a lot of business with Uhaul. I have had bad experiences at some location’s and their management, but have only had great experience with a Eau Claire‘s! Chose to write this review after the guys went out of their way to make a bad experience I had at a different location better despite them having anything to do with it. ??”
