LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. The problems in service usually come from customers/people who aren't prepared prior to getting to the counter, or who basically don't know how to handle their own affairs, so these customers stand there with their heads up their own asses clogging up the line for those of us who do have our business in order.”
