“The only reason this self storage facility doesn't have a 5- star rating is all the garbage that lays around and the 5' weeds along the fence. I send my kids to pick up trash around. This of course isn't the facilities fault. It's the disgusting people who feel it's ok to throw tires, wrappers and whatever other trash they are to lazy to dispose of properly. My husband takes a weed whacker when the weeds reach the top of the fence and walks down the fence line. We should get a discount for the upkeep we have helped with the last 2 years we've had a unit ;) aside from that it's a great place! When you call there is always a friendly voice on the other end of the line. If anything is broken it's fixed immediately. The automatic door was broken and was fixed a few hours later. Units are dry. Great place.”

“The whole experience was amazing. We were waiting for our new house to go through closing. We had to change the move date 3 times. Ike was wonderful. He understood our situation and was more than willing to work with us. The movers Al and Don were at our home right on time. Both men were very professional and kind. They worked quickly but carefully. Everything got to the new home without any damage. They cautiously brought all our belongings into our home. I never want to have to move again but if I do it would definitely be FIVE Star movers would get the call. And I would definitely recommend them to everyone looking for a moving company. “Haven’t had any rent experience with this place. But extra cute and nice Rita Bub behind the counter who’s taking care of the place in the morning will give you the best possible service. Compare to ANY other place this one really cares about what you say and what you need, she wants to help you, she hears you!We’re in the building next to her and lost one of our deliveries. With her help we found it pretty quick across the street, even though I visited the wrong door.That was a real pleasure to talk to her, she made my day better!Area is safe, office is bright and clean. Based just on that I’m pretty sure storage cells are also well taken care of.”

My only complaint is that the gate is close to the road and feels a little dangerous, but I imagine the owner will move it in the future once the back is finished.”

“Best move/movers we've ever had!! We have moved many times and never had such a positive experience that we've had with Bluemound Express. They were on time, courteous, and worked hard on the hottest day of the year. We had a lot of heavy pieces, some with glass, and everything was moved in pristine condition. “I've been a customer for several years now. Customer service is very good. They process my payment right off my card every month. They have units of different sizes, some with a loft space that actually give you a lot of extra space for your money. Buildings are well maintained. Although it's not a gated/fenced property, there are lots of cameras and the local police do patrols. Snow removal is prompt in the winter. Prices are fair and competitive.”
