“My father died unexpectedly last summer, and had a Unit at this location.
If not for Tanika, very well may have lost the unit and all of its contents. It is because of Tanika's patience and dedication to returning my calls, that I was able to keep the unit and get it transferred/secured to me.
Doing all of that kind of stuff, after someones passing, is more complex than I anticipated. My father had paid in advance and I kept getting late fee's and missed fees' , and again, through my frustration Tanika stayed focused on the task at hand.
I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a unit, and wonderful customer service!”
