John helped guide me through all the options & made the process easy and painless. We are using a port-in-later method so I can get my original phone number when Cellcom is back up and running. He was super knowledgeable on all the bundles and add ons and although I didn’t get any I feel like it’s the first time I understand what I could get at a later point.
