“Man, I’ve been training at Ronin Muay Thai since December 2025, and it’s been awesome. The coaches are legit. They know their stuff and actually care about making you better. Muay Thai classes hit hard with solid pad work and technique drills that don’t feel like a boring workout. Everyone’s welcoming whether you’re brand new or coming in with some experience. The gym has a great community feel, keeps things clean, and the BJJ rounds are a nice mix too. Definitely helped with my fitness and confidence. Def worth a check out if you’re even thinking about dipping your toes into combat sports. They also offer a free week to get a feel for the courses.”

“Brent and his team of trainers do a fantastic job of helping you achieve your overall fitness goals, with holistic coaching that goes well beyond just physical fitness. The facility is excellent and has all the equipment you could want no matter your workout routine or goals. Whether attending the well-thought out and dynamic group sessions or hitting a workout solo, TNT Fitness Menasha is by far the best gym I have joined. I have attended over the years since it opened and unlike most this one just gets better with time. Brent continually adds new equipment, continues to expand, and ensures the facility is clean and organized.”

“Had 2 of our HS Slap hitters take a 1 hour season starter refresher and the girls couldn't stop talking about how excited they were to incorporate the tips and takeaways from just that one lesson.

Thanks Maria and 360U family!”

“Had my first Limitless Elite Gym experience today and it was beautiful. It has an old school powerlifting gym feel with solid equipment. This reminds me of a powerlifting gym I used to go to when I was working in Pittsburgh. No fluff just CHALK, GRIT, GAINS, and SPIT. This was day 1 of my 3 day pass and I can’t wait to return. I didn’t get a full workout in as I was on lunch from work and wanted check out their equipment, get a feel for the layout, and get a quick pump. Now that, that’s out of the way I plan to return with a vengeance. If you’re a no nonsense, gains driven, athlete looking to get away from the whinny, BS, gimmicky gyms like PF look no further. This is where the titans grow and play.”

“A great gymn with great people and a great owner/trainer! Heidi is very personable and bubbly and wants to see and help every person reach their own personal goals, whether its muscle building, weight loss, general mobility, or anything else. The environment is focused, but family friendly.”

“Xcel Sportsplex is the cleanest gym I have gone to. The staff is friendly and very helpful; as are the people that attend there. They have a good assortment of equipment to use and rarely have I had to wait to use what I go there for. They offer many different classes that are fun. There is a large gym where many pickleball games can be going on at the same time. I have been attending Xcel Sportsplex for many years. It is also very affordable.”

“I cannot recommend Fire Fitness enough. At 44, I’ve tried my fair share of gyms over the years, but this is the first place I’ve actually been able to stick with. Over my three-year journey here, I’ve lost 80 lbs, but more importantly, I’ve found a community.
The coaches are absolutely amazing. They have a gift for pushing you to be your best while truly understanding and respecting your limits. What I love most is how they celebrate every single win—whether it’s hitting a milestone for the number of camps attended or finally mastering a movement I couldn’t do before.
You truly feel like part of a family at Fire. If you’re looking for a supportive, encouraging environment where you aren't just a number, this is it!”

“I joined Full Send about two months ago with my husband, and it has honestly been one of the most positive gym experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, the coaching team created an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and genuinely human. Sam Davis in particular deserves a lot of credit for that. His ability to navigate group dynamics is thoughtful, attentive, and steady. He manages to hold the room in a way that makes everyone feel included without ever making it feel forced or performative.

As a beginner, I’ve also been deeply grateful for the patience of the coaching staff. Sam has probably taught me the same movements more times than either of us can count. To be fair, I suspect I forget them immediately due to nerves and the sudden realization that my body has many muscles I apparently never met before. Instead of frustration, the response has always been humor and encouragement. That combination of patience and lightheartedness makes it much easier to keep trying, which matters more than people realize when you're new to something like this.

Another thing that has stood out to me is how comfortable I’ve felt in the space as a woman. The culture at Full Send is respectful and grounded, and that makes a real difference. The environment feels supportive rather than competitive in a way that pushes people out, and I’ve always felt safe and welcomed showing up to train.

What’s even better is that the workouts themselves are working. In just two months I’ve already noticed real changes in my strength and mobility. Movements that felt impossible at the beginning are starting to click, and it’s incredibly motivating to see that progress happen.

Between the coaching, the facility, and the community that gathers there, Full Send feels like a rare find. It genuinely feels like stumbling onto a treasure chest you didn’t know existed. I can’t really imagine wanting to train anywhere else at this point. If you’re looking for a gym where the coaching is thoughtful, the atmosphere is encouraging, and people actually care about helping you improve, Full Send is something special.”

“Great place to take kids for swimming. The slide hours a minimum its not open much. so plan accordingly. They do have a nice adult only hot tub. The family showers are also great. They have more than the other locations. The some of the life guards are a little much. I get it but I’m the father and within 10 feet of my swimming kids calm down a little.”

“It’s been a long time since I’ve been back at this Y, been awhile. It’s good to be back. Great Y with lots to do.

Basketball courts are good. In door track is good. Not busy at all. Indoor playground is great for little ones on rainy a day. Indoor slash pad was fun. Swimming pool was good, except some random teenagers took my kid’s swimming goggles that I had to go track down.

Front desk is well staffed. Great service. Very understanding. Thank you helping get our large group in.”

“I love that this gym is privately owned and operated. The owner Clay, is a likable guy and very accommodating. The gym is clean and well equipped. They aren’t geared for a lot of volume yet, but their equipment is top notch. I have worked back and quads there and both workouts were spectacular. I am loving working out here. I highly recommend Ghost Town Fitness Center.”
