“I called yesterday because one of my air conditioners stopped working. I brought it in this morning and he called at noon tellinge it was done. It needed a new fan. Joe is very reasonable. He is my new "go to" guy when we're here in Wisconsin. He is totally unlike "the largest RV dealer in Wisconsin", who still has not returned my calls.”

“I can’t speak for others on their negative reviews as I’m not even from the area, but I had a storage unit for five months here and the owners know we live almost 3 hours away. We never had any issues with our stuff. We had at least 10k in riding lawn mowers, truck tires, holiday stuff and the totes themselves. Finally made room at our home to move everything back and nothing was amiss. All of our stuff was still there, hadn’t been moved, was clean, dry, although she did warn us to keep things off the ground because it can get wet on the floor in there But we didn’t have any problems with moisture, and no signs of mice or anything. We had a great experience and the storage units are a hell of a lot cheaper than what I can find locally around our home. She’s super easy to work with just make sure you reach out more than once. If you have to pay your bill over the phone every month because she doesn’t get good cell service. I usually send a text or a message on Facebook just in case the phone call doesn’t show up.”
