“I had an expensive oil painting shipped from a trip that arrived without a wire to hang it. I brought it to Douglas and they put the picture hanger on while I waited and wouldnt let me pay for it! They were so nice and the store has some very nice art work as well. Will definitely go back for. y framing needs.”

“Brought this canvas painting home from vacation rolled up in my suitcase thinking it would be easy to stretch it out over a frame.
The owner Cory took extra time to go into detail about the framing process and all aspects taken into consideration for it. He helped me choose a dry mount option to preserve the edges of the painting since the border wasn't wide enough to be stretched. He also talked me through a handful of different frames/pricing options and really listened to what I was looking for instead of talking me into the most expensive option.
This is my first time having something custom framed vs buying it already framed, so I truly appreciate the education and expertise he provided. Patience, care, service, and attention to detail were outstanding! Clearly passionate about the craft!
