Incredibly helpful staff with fantastic judgement and a keen sense of aesthetics; oh, and their workmanship is perfect. Lucky to have a frame shop like this in our city. I trust them totally and completely (they have framed dozens of works of art for us, and we are thrilled with each and every one).

I had an expensive oil painting shipped from a trip that arrived without a wire to hang it. I brought it to Douglas and they put the picture hanger on while I waited and wouldnt let me pay for it! They were so nice and the store has some very nice art work as well. Will definitely go back for. y framing needs.
