Joe gave excellent customer service. I had to cancel a reservation due to my guest getting covid. He not only took care to cancel with Travelocity, but he reassured me their hotel policy was a 24 hour cancelation policy. Joe also was personable, empathetic, and quick. Thank you, Joe.

Very clean. I was able to check in at noon. There was an additional fee, but was reasonable and worth it. Within walking distance to restaurant. I can't rate their breakfast since I left before I serving.
