  The girl that took care of us at the East Washington location in Madison was awesome. She went above and beyond to help us get the truck that we needed to move

  The rental truck itself was fine. But then after returning the truck I tried calling to resolve a billing issue. Nobody ever picked up the phone. I called at four different times on two separate days (all during business hours).
