I had a titanium ring I was unable to remove and Jim went above and beyond to help me. He did what 5 other jewelers (and 2 medical centers!) were unwilling or unable to do. There was a level of care and customer service here I have rarely seen in other establishments.

The owner is awesome. I've had a lot of pieces repaired over the past few years. I just love this place and again the owner who is always there. Is very nice.
Condon Jewelers is one of the first and longest-standing jewelry stores to open in Madison, WI, established by Jerry Condon in 1959.
Mr. Condon held ownership for 25 years, until he sold it in 1985. For 16 years, the business was under other ownership until the current owner, Jim Nielsen, took over. Jim has been the owner of Condon Jewelers for over 20 years with a strong history in the jewelry business, specifically with Condon's. Jim's first experience with the business dates back to time working under Jerry Condon.
Jim has over 30 years of experience in the jewelry business and prides himself on providing to his customers to the best of his ability. After leaving Condon's, Jim want you to say: "I've got a Jeweler on my side."
