“I love this store! They had to move because of construction at their old location, but I think this new location on Winnebago is even better. They have the best fair trade items! I’ve purchased candy, soaps, cat toys, cards, coffee, tea, and snacks as gifts and for myself. I love their jewelry so much, I can barely leave the store without buying something. They also have beautiful clothing, purses, candles, dog toys, and more. I’ve bought so many Christmas gifts there! Seriously, check it out.”

“Professional, clean, and efficient with repairs. I stupidly took my watch to another shop to get a new band. They accidentally broke my deployment band. After 10 days I picked up my watch still broken. Stopped into Goodman’s on State st, where I purchased the watch, and two days later I had my watch back. Ps. I dropped my watch off 5 mins after closing, they were nice enough to let me in and help me out. Thank you Goodman’s!”
“I walked in to get some links taken off. As soon as they opened the door for me it felt like I was in heaven. They were so nice to me and so knowledgeable and caring about me as a customer. Jordan took time out of his day to really get to understand what my aspirations are towards fine jewelry. He made my experience in the store like no other! The store was spotless and shiny all around. 10/10 customer service. You can tell they care and treat their customers with nothing but respect and they have a niche for making customers feel highly appreciated. I came in for a link removal and left like feeling like a million bucks. I will be getting my next watch/bracelet from this location 1000%

“My time today at this establishment was life changing. When I walked in I was showered with welcomes and kind gestures by your employe whose name was oliver. Over the time span I was there, the most beautiful woman I have ever seen walked in. I began to tell Oliver of her beauty he insured me as a handsome young man of my caliber I should go ask her on a date. I told him I was too scared and nervous of rejection. As the lovely employee that he is he said he would do it for me. He walked over to the lady and the rest was history. I now have an upcoming date this Thursday 10 out of 10 service will be back.”

I wouldn’t get crystals anywhere else - I always feel confident knowing they ensure theirs are ethically sourced - and the jewelry, candles, decorations, and books are (mostly, if not all) from local, small creators. It’s just such a great place to be, I love it.”

My daughter and I entered the store for the first time. We were both greeted warmly and asked if there was any we were interested in. I virtually never leave a store as this type without purchasing something.
I stated I wasn't sure and the stated in the same tone and volume I had just finished working.
The owner/ manager and employee turned to each other and started to chat. No worries. We browsed the store and I needed a quite replacement item and I found it. My daughter picked up a couple of items.
The store is well organized and seems to cater to a variety of clientele. Parking is sufficient.”

“I took my wedding ring of 37 years in after I lost my central sapphire and could not find it. Jo was so kind and helpful right from the start. She gave me her undivided attention and listened to what I wanted. She never tried to change my mind with anything, but honestly laid out my options! She was interested in me as a person as well and remembered details about me on my next 2 visits. The environment was so calm and peaceful and I felt like I was the only one there getting VIP treatment! It took a little time—3 months total—, but my ring now looks better than it has in many years. Jo promised that I could make semi annual appointments to get the ring cleaned and checked for no extra cost. I did not expect it to go this well and be so satisfied with the result and within my budget. I would recommend them to a friend or anyone else!”

“I stopped into Studio Jewelers earlier this month (Jan) after seeing an ad in the Isthmus newspaper. I decided to check out the vibe and explore their collections. At first, I wasn’t sure where to begin. It’s best to take your coat off, stay awhile and enjoy their sunny showroom full of sparkle/shine. Hannah, Mary, and even the two cats (gatos :) made me feel relaxed. I tried on a few pieces at various price points and found myself drawn to a stunning pair of earrings by E.M. that I didn’t want to sleep on. With my birthday approaching, it felt like the right moment for a meaningful splurge. The more I admire them, the more they reveal their “why,” and feel like the right addition to my own collection.
Sarah, their talented metalsmith, wasn’t in that day. I returned the following week to pick them up. She adjusted a post for me and did a wonderful job.

Carrie welcomed me in and gave me time to browse, making suggestions and engaging in small talk along the way. She showed me a matching top for the skirt I liked and gave her opinion on the sizing.
