“Rob Ringeisen has been MY clothing guy for almost 15 years now. Always easy to work with, has a great eye for what looks good on me, and always willing to work around my schedule to help me out. Never pushy, always patient. I have enjoyed every piece I have ordered over the years, whether full suits, dress shirts, slacks, or sport jackets. I am a big and tall guy and having my clothing fit for me is a must. Tom James closing is a must. I highly recommend Rob and the Tom James Company.”
“It's huge. I only went to the first floor, but I think there are four. It's also kinda icky, like sweaty, plus you have to touch a whole bunch of door handles. There's a coffee shop in the icky stairwell if you want to get the plague. The workers are nice and helpful. I hope they don't get the plague from the icky door handles. I'll attach a picture of my dog instead of the shop.”
“My experience here was delightful. The staff were talkative without unintentionally overwhelming shoppers, and the displays were gorgeous. As someone who used to live in Colorado, and enjoys a nature or mountain feel, this place was the perfect amount of cozy. The lighting was mellow, and the space itself was cozy without feeling claustrophobic. I would give 5 stars, however I personally felt the prices were a bit above what I was looking for. I'm confident that the quality of the clothing is worth higher end, however it felt just a smidge above what I expected. Overall, definitely make a note to visit if you're in the area, this place is fantastic”
“Came all the way from across the state to buy some stuff at this perticular mall, I knew Zumiez had Dog years stuff and went in to see if they had it, one of the cashiers was clearly a fan and showed me thier own dog years board, which by the way was a really cool interaction. I came back later to get something else and the other cashier was just as cool. Hands down some of the best customer service ever.”

“The East Springs Drive Old Navy store in Madison, WI, is a very organized, neat & well-stocked store. There is an employee there, Mary (I believe,) who always has the answer when I've asked her a question. I'm impressed with her knowledge & readiness with an answer. Plus, she has a smile & looks to be a hard worker.I had an error with an over-ring on an item purchased a few weeks ago but getting it re-rung & corrected was easy & painless.Old Navy is my go-to store for great prices on in-fashion jeans & seasonal wear for myself & gifts. Love all the Old Navy brand stores; The Gap, Banana Republic, etc.”

“Pretty fair place to visit. Location at West Towne Mall is fairly small so I didn't find much worth looking at. Though they do have some pretty great smelling bath bombs and some nice jewelry. My friend who is expecting finds it incredibly fun with the interesting gadgets they have in the back of the store”

“Came here to find all the merch in the world. Like a previous reviewer, I also spent all the moneys in the here and I think I single-handedly kept this spot in business when I went. First of all, the selection of Badgers clothing was boundless and loved that for me because I was there to get just that. but alas did not lol. I got a Packers shirt for myself, a Badgers shot glass and whiskey glass, and a Bucks shirt (as a gift). I legitimately walked through that store 3 separate times because I just needed everything. Honestly wish I'd gotten more things but we had other places to go. Next time.”

“Google asked me how my visit was...and I really had to think about it. When I walked into the East Town Mall Hot Topic....it felt more like a Lukewarm Conversation. Gone were the mall goth employees and black spiderweb windows that would drive fear into Suburban soccer mom's hearts. No longer were there aisles of CDs, records, or headphones to listen to HIM's newest music. Instead, racks of Spongebob and Naruto merchandise lined the middle tables, toys from all kinds of nostalgic 90's movies, and novelty t-shirts that seem more like "tepid topics" than anything current. I walked in very specifically because I had a gift exchange where the person wanted Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise...which is at the store in droves. Did I buy something? Sure did. Would I do it again? Tough to say... I can't think with the 13-year-old inside of me screaming that Hot Topic has become what it most feared -a poser.”
