3 days later I showed back up, with my feet in a shape they’d never been allowed to be in before, no longer able to wear the shoes comfortably because my feet had changed so much. They let me return the shoes I’d worn 3 days even though I didn’t have my receipt and exchange them for a pair that was $20 cheaper.”
“I love this store so much! Each time I’ve gone in there, the workers are super nice and chill. If you want to go to a store where you don’t feel like you’re bothering the workers, Fontana is perfect. Last time I was there I had my eyes on an osprey backpack and Al showed me all the hidden gems and made sure it was the right fit for me. I didn’t get it that day but I loved it so much. I went back for it today and Al was there once again to help me get the osprey sportlite that I’ve been thinking about since the last time I went. I’m so excited to use the backpack! 10/10 store overall with super welcoming people always there to help.”

“Christmas is right around the corner, and I am looking to get a custom hat made using artwork from my brother’s album. Vinny is honest from the start and lets me know that since the hat was not purchased at Lids, it may not turn out exactly how I envision.

Tyler is always responsive to questions and helped me mock up a new design for our white jerseys this year. Prices are good and received our order in less than two weeks this year.

“We make a stop at Bucky's Locker Room every time we visit Madison. I assume most locals know this but you can actually go out into the stadium about 15-20 feet near the field. It's gated but my kiddo loves being able to see "Bucky's House!" Cool tip for out of towners. Prices are expensive, nothing like a $30 shirt and $75 jacket but what do you expect. Maybe not the best place to buy economical fan gear but they do have a nice, quality selection! The clearance rack has served me well! Very clean spot to shop around or see the field. Customer service is always friendly. No doubt we will come back as we can!”
