“Went in today knowing next to nothing about turntables and left with a system I'm very very happy with! Russ and Calvin were super fun to work with and they took the time to plug everything I was buying together to see how it sounded. Also never felt like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn't need which is great in a sales experience. Def will be coming back for any further needs I may have when it comes to home theater.”

“Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”

“I received a lengthy confirmation receipt when I left my phone for repairs. Verbal price quote, time for pick up, and other details for an IOS devise printed did not match what was told to me verbally by Josh. Some terms were favorable for me, but left me confused about other promises like warranty. Who do I believe the counter representative or a limited life printed receipt?
So far my new battery is working well.”

Went in with an appointment and the guy working today (who was by himself and incredibly busy) took my phone and got it taken care of in a matter of an hour. “Following their online procedure, I emailed a repair ticket to Modern TV & Electronics. I immediately got an email response acknowledging that they had received my ticket. A short while later, they called me to apologize and say they wouldn't be able to work on my stereo amp because parts would be difficult or impossible to get (it's a lesser known brand and over 40 years old). I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. This level of thoughtfulness for a customer is much appreciated.”
