“Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”

“Simply amazing service. I am not very tech savvy, and easily frustrated with techno challenges. Russ hooked me up with a great system that enables me to listen to our extensive but little used cd collection. He tested my existing components, recommended a tuner, speakers and a used cd deck. He patiently walked me through the physical set up of the pieces and was available to help me troubleshoot when I got stuck. This enabled me to have the system fully functional when I presented it to my partner as a surprise gift. This was a major purchase for us and he made sure we were happy with the set up and quality. He and his coworker provided about multiple hours of knowledgeable customer service. Highly recommend.”

“I kept looking for a place that could fix my home printer and everyone kept tell me no one does that. I eventually was at whit's end when I looked up and found Doc Jams. They fixed it after the deposit and found out I had a bad paper jam too and fixed that. I highly recommend anyone who has a printer issue to take it to them. There are places like them around which is good to know.”

“I always enjoy going to the Batteries Plus Madison East Store because I consistently receive outstanding service, and today was no exception. Blake provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while programming two key fobs for two different vehicles for me. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process quick, easy and enjoyable. The entire staff at the Madison East Store is outstanding, and Blake is a perfect example of the excellent customer service they consistently provide. Thank you, Blake, for your professionalism and outstanding service! I will definitely continue coming back to this store because of employees like you and the exceptional team at this location :)”

“Following their online procedure, I emailed a repair ticket to Modern TV & Electronics. I immediately got an email response acknowledging that they had received my ticket. A short while later, they called me to apologize and say they wouldn't be able to work on my stereo amp because parts would be difficult or impossible to get (it's a lesser known brand and over 40 years old). I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. This level of thoughtfulness for a customer is much appreciated.”
