“Just want to let people know how awesome Tech Heroes in Madison are. I literally called an hour and 20 minutes before they closed to get a screened replaced because my phone was useless when I dropped it this afternoon. I did called around and was quoted twice the price and couldn't get it fixed til early next week. I rushed into Madison, 40 minutes later I have a new screen and my phone works perfect. David at the store was nice and explained everything to me. He quoted the price on phone and I wasn't charged a penny more. Thanks for fast and way cheaper repair. Definitely recommend.”

“I stopped into this particular location due to having issues with my phone battery. I stopped at the repair place across, but they were very busy in which i took my chances with a new upgrade within a reasonable cost difference, and same day service followed by a great team with solid professionalism !! I was very satisfied, the new guy with 3 days of experience, seemed like it was years worth based on how he conducted himself and gave me an estimate on the battery itself , I also met Stephanie who gave me a great deal on a new phone and provided the service of uploaded all the previous information .”
“They make great custom-fit adapters that fit solidly and mount discretely with no need to mofidy dash. Despite the high price, after using it for a few weeks, I feel it was worth it. I don't think anyone else is putting this much thought and quality into phone mounts.”
“Went in to upgrade 4 phones and after a few hours of paperwork I left expecting the phones to arrive in a few weeks. When they didn't show up I called ATT and was told my order was cancelled. Went back in and spent a couple more hours redoing the paperwork.
A few weeks later I traded an iPhone for a Samsung phone under a promotion where the new phone would be free. A store employee entered the wrong promotion when I traded my iPhone in the store. I was told it would be fixed the following day but that did not happen and my trade in showed as cancelled. As a result I was paying full price for the new phone despite them taking my iPhone. It took 9 months, multiple calls and visits to the store and multiple tickets for it to be resolved.The store manager tried to help but corporate firewalls limit direct access to the managers and customers made it extremely challenging if you have an issue.”
“Shout to the boost mobile squad. They were so patience with helping my teenagers upgrade their phones. Nice and friendly staff. Also they upgraded the inside of the store, so definitely go check them out.”

“On Saturday August 8 I went to the West Town location with a keyboard issue. I was greeted kindly by Lupita . She had not been familiar with my issue but she never gave up on the problem. “I stopped in with my family a few weeks ago to purchase a new phone for my Mom. Shakira was wonderful to work with! She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy. Shakira was very patient throughout and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely go to this location again!”

“Ederline at the East Washington site is the absolute best!!! She is the most hardworking, down to earth, very knowledgeable, respectful and relatable employee I have ever had the honor of meeting! “We were referred to this location from the Monona store. Thank God! Monona store is terrible. We needed to replace a broken cell phone and talk about bill adjustments, trade in, service, etc. Our salesperson Taylor was over the top fantastic!She spent as much time as we needed. Figured out which scenario worked best for us! Explained how the new Verizon home Internet works and where it works. Not in Madison yet! She was great! Saved us money on future bills and got us some credits on services that we were still paying on that the Monona Location said they had taken care of! Awesome service!I cannot recommend this location any higher!”

“I went to the T Mobile store on university ave after initially visiting the west towne mall location to upgrade my phone. While at West towne I was given conflicting information on the cost and process for the upgrade. After a while of discussion I was finally able to get my phone upgraded. All my stuff (apps, pictures and messages) was transferred to the new phone. I was sent home with the new phone and told everything was good to go. I make it all the way home only to find out that everything wasn't good to go. I wasn't able to use the phone to make actual calls (the whole point of needing the phone upgraded). I attempted to call the west towne location 3 time to see about trying to remedy the problem, I called over and over but the phone was never answered. I reached out to the university ave. location and was told to come in so we could work on figuring out where the west towne location messed up. Once I arrived at the university ave. location I was promptly greeted by Yona. Yona helped me to actually get the phone service transferred to the new phone. Yona was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to the university ave location from now on.
