“I received a lengthy confirmation receipt when I left my phone for repairs. Verbal price quote, time for pick up, and other details for an IOS devise printed did not match what was told to me verbally by Josh. Some terms were favorable for me, but left me confused about other promises like warranty. Who do I believe the counter representative or a limited life printed receipt?
So far my new battery is working well.”

She answered all our questions, recommended phones and accessories, set up the new phone, transferred the contacts, and even downloaded the apps my Mom uses regularly so she didn't have to navigate that herself since she's not very tech savvy.
