About Ferrellgas
Ferrellgas provides propane refill and delivery service, with many customers reporting very prompt and quick service. Reviews mention knowledgeable and kind staff who offer helpful advice, including details on a refill loyalty card. The refill service itself is consistently described as very good. Some long-term customers note reliable repairs and that live people answer the phone. A minor critique is that the company does not always inform customers of tank levels after a fill. Another notes that while service is good, requests for tank repainting can go unaddressed for years. Overall, the business is recommended for its great experience, expertise, and ability to help customers in a pinch.
