βI have worked with a lot of agents over the years and this is the only insurance agency I would leave a review for. These agents really do care about their clients. You can’t ask for a better Agency than these guys and gals.β

βUHP is the absolute best home warranty company. Their premiums are reasonable and they are VERY fast at sending a service person for any claim you request. Also, the ease of putting in a claim is the best! It only requires going to their website site and filling out a simple form. That’s it, you get scheduled for. Service tech usually within 48 hours. Most times my issue is fixed within 24 hours. I will always keep a UHP warranty on any house I buy. I also tend to gift a year of warranty to the buyers when I sell a house.β

I was ready to leave AllState because I couldn't get answers through the corporate website or calling the corporate 800 number. Finding a local agent that took the time to explain options and details, as well as ways to save on my insurance, saved me from having to change insurance companies.β

βI appreciate that if our agent isnβt available, someone else is able to speak with us on behalf of our policy. Also, they make time to call us back or schedule an appointment to see us to address concerns. We stay with Neckerman because they regularly ensure weβre getting the most coverage at the best value.β
βWe just transferred our insurance to Rural Mutual, after 50 years with another company. We were told by our agent that we would need to pay a $65 annual member fee. When we went online to pay for this fee it showed payment amount due as $70. We called Customer Service and were told that the member fee was $65 but they also add a $5.00 donation on the amount that is due. We were told we could edit this amount to $65, which we did. We feel that this is deceptive. If the company is looking at donations beyond the member fee it should be noted as such on the online payment site. This is definitely a red flag for us. We never had this kind of deception with State Farm. I would ask that Rural Mutual be more honest and upfront on the added $5.00 donation fee on their online payment site, and list it as such.β
