Once again I've been fed b/s was told I would recive a check over night express and would be given a tracking number well neither has happend can't trust anything this place says stay far away

Terrible insurance company. Their goal is to not payout. The rep assigned to my case was hostile, unprofessional and displayed no empathy or care. When asking questions, the rep became combative. I believed the rep was bias after researching my doctor. I purchase this insurance through my bank and will be cancelling immediately.
