“Google asked me how my visit was...and I really had to think about it. When I walked into the East Town Mall Hot Topic....it felt more like a Lukewarm Conversation. Gone were the mall goth employees and black spiderweb windows that would drive fear into Suburban soccer mom's hearts. No longer were there aisles of CDs, records, or headphones to listen to HIM's newest music. Instead, racks of Spongebob and Naruto merchandise lined the middle tables, toys from all kinds of nostalgic 90's movies, and novelty t-shirts that seem more like "tepid topics" than anything current. I walked in very specifically because I had a gift exchange where the person wanted Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise...which is at the store in droves. Did I buy something? Sure did. Would I do it again? Tough to say... I can't think with the 13-year-old inside of me screaming that Hot Topic has become what it most feared -a poser.”
“While in a panic and late for the wedding, I bombarded Kyle on the way into the store while he was on a conference call in dire need of help. Kyle was able to assist me in fixing an error. Kyle‘s professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched and I can’t be more thankful for his help. Kyle goes above and beyond to suit his customers needs (pun intended). “Ok look I order online 99% of the time, got my latest order of kicks with only one shoe, so I was a little disappointed, now this was on a Thursday morning, so I hop in my whip and head to the retail store cause that's what they suggest.So I get to the store with no attitude, this super nice manager named Van helps me out, makes the process super smooth, of course they don't have it in stock, but gives me my paperwork and says it will come soon.
Two days later on Saturday to my surprise they show up,unbelievable above and beyond service,never going anywhere else.Give Van a raise at the very least.”

“This is a very well run clothing store! We got a whole wardrobe for my tall, lean, hard-to/fit teenager to wear to his first job, all at very reasonable prices. Every single staff member we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to help us, and DID help us! The sales associate who rang us up was absolutely fantastic. The manager needed to resolve a computer glitch and she was also great - she has that place running at a level that is very noticeably a cut above the rest. (Fwiw, I haven’t shopped at an Old Navy in many years, but I will definitely be back!)”
“I placed an order for brush pads late Saturday and paid for two-day shipping. On Monday (yesterday) I emailed to let them know I forgot to note what color pads I wanted, received a response right away. To my surprise, they arrived in the mail today with a very nice handwritten note from Steve himself. I've been in the store a few times and ordered items online. Steve and Co are always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions. If you can't find it at Steve's, then it doesn't exist. Thank you Steve, you're the best!”

“Love this place. They take the time to get to know you and your tastes. Only place I can find unique casual men's clothing in town. It's a little pricey, but I am willing to pay for cool quality clothing. It's better than any stuff at the boring department stores.”

“My experience here was delightful. The staff were talkative without unintentionally overwhelming shoppers, and the displays were gorgeous. As someone who used to live in Colorado, and enjoys a nature or mountain feel, this place was the perfect amount of cozy. The lighting was mellow, and the space itself was cozy without feeling claustrophobic. I would give 5 stars, however I personally felt the prices were a bit above what I was looking for. I'm confident that the quality of the clothing is worth higher end, however it felt just a smidge above what I expected. Overall, definitely make a note to visit if you're in the area, this place is fantastic”

“I just stopped into this location and received the best customer service ever. Ahlisha helped me find the correct size in both unisex and mens vans ( if you know vans sizing, you know how tricky sizes run) and explained the differences in new school / old and pro/skate vs classics. She got several versions and sizes out for me and helped fit me to a T. Brittney (sp) also cam through with no show sock tips and sale details. Both were super friendly and made me feel happy and welcomed! Loved the atmosphere of the store and their vibe!”

“Was always a fantastic experience when I went to rue21. Although it is always a joy to go there, the clothes are extremely expensive and you have to ask a staff member to unlock a dressing room for you. It is quite hard to ask a staff member to unlock something for you when you feel that you're annoying them and keeping them from their job. Anyways, I have put those perfume rollers on my lips before and was not a tasty experience.”
“I just recently visited this store and it was a great experience! Leah helped me out a lot, explained the sizing to me and the discounts available when i went. She remained very patient and kind throughout my entire visit and was wonderful to work with and talk to! Very pleased with my experience and as this is the closest aero to me, i will be back!”
“When it comes to makeup and skin care i have no clue with modern products. Faith from Clinique section did a great job helping with with my makeup routine, was very patient showing how to apply basic makeup by applying on me and educating me all the way through and helped me with products that i need to choose and how to choose in future.
