Now that I have kids of my own we still come here for suits, goggles, etc. We had a problem with 2 of our team suits recently and the owner took care of it and was extremely helpful! Great customer service and very supportive of his local swimmers!”

The suit came in quickly (we were on a time crunch), fit great, and even the tiny alterations we had were quick and done very well. The quality of the experience and suits are unmatched especially for the price. They’re also extremely helpful with accessorizing.”

“The worker that helped me today was SO wonderful, and helped me find sales when he noticed I was staring at certain items. He unpromptedly checked the back for something he thought I’d want (and was right! It was my favorite purchase that day!) and was very sweet and attentive. He even greeted us on the way in and checked in to make sure we were finding what we wanted. Also pulled some graphic novels from the back that had just been stocked but not put out yet for my sister. Absolutely wonderful service and I would and will come again!”

“I had an excellent experience at DXL Big + Tall. It was my first time visiting the store, and Dean made the experience outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me find the right sizes. He explained everything clearly and made the shopping process easy and enjoyable.
What stood out the most was how accommodating he was to my family while I was shopping. His professionalism and genuine care for customers were greatly appreciated.

“My experience here was delightful. The staff were talkative without unintentionally overwhelming shoppers, and the displays were gorgeous. As someone who used to live in Colorado, and enjoys a nature or mountain feel, this place was the perfect amount of cozy. The lighting was mellow, and the space itself was cozy without feeling claustrophobic. I would give 5 stars, however I personally felt the prices were a bit above what I was looking for. I'm confident that the quality of the clothing is worth higher end, however it felt just a smidge above what I expected. Overall, definitely make a note to visit if you're in the area, this place is fantastic”

“Today my girlfriend got a bad headache at the mall and we sat on the bench in front of the Vans store. I decided to ask them if they had any aspirin for her head. They have me a bottle of cold water and some aspirin. We couldn’t have been more great-full. They helped us and we didn’t even go in the store. Great people there. Highly recommend.”

“When it comes to makeup and skin care i have no clue with modern products. Faith from Clinique section did a great job helping with with my makeup routine, was very patient showing how to apply basic makeup by applying on me and educating me all the way through and helped me with products that i need to choose and how to choose in future. “Went to Old Navy to do some Christmas shopping for my family with my wife. The clothes are generally pretty high quality with very reasonable prices. It's usually pretty busy in there, so it's generally takes a while to check out. The sales staff is very helpful.”

“This is the best store I’ve ever been in. The owners are so fun and friendly and all the employees were so sweet, and obviously Lizzie the poodle is a gem. They have the funnest, most unique pieces and everything is such good quality. It’s truly a hidden gem in Madison.”
“Visited this urban outfitters recently and have visited quite a few urban outfitters. All of the staff were really friendly and the store was very clean but I do have one issue. I feel like the men’s section was VERY limited compared to other urban outfitters and I feel like this has been a trend with urban outfitters over the past few years. I would love to see more options for men in the future like it felt like there used to be.”
