Motel 6 Madison, WI - East is located in an area some find rough, but the hotel itself receives positive remarks. The staff is consistently described as amazing, helpful, and friendly, providing great customer service and making check-in effortless. Several staff members are highlighted for their efforts and respect toward guests. Rooms are noted as being quite amazing, very spacious, accommodating, clean, and cozy with comfy beds. The decor is considered not bad. The location is convenient with a mall across the street, everything within walking distance, and food and drinks all around. This hotel maybe in a ruff area but the staff and the hotel its self is quite amazing Avis ,Nate ,Dan and Joe make this hotel worth coming back to every time. It’s not the Ritz Cartlon but the beds were really comfy and the decor wasn’t bad. They also got us a room at 2 am and saved us from sleeping in the car.
