If by chance they aren’t able to deliver that fast they are so great about contacting us right away on when we can expect them. They handle all our parts with care so that we don’t have any damages parts. Which can happen. They’re my most reliable part vendor. “The team here is so patient and kind. I go during weekday afternoons and although I like to bring my own Mobil 1 (something most places won't let you do), they only charge me for the cheapest oil change, they always keep me informed and let me know about options, and they never make me feel stupid for not knowing more stuff about my car.”

“We had to take 2 vehicles in, 1 for a new battery and brake light and the other for a turn signal light. What we paid for the repairs on both vehicles was very reasonable and done pretty quick with 2 guys in the shop and the advisor who was running her heals off was very pleasant to deal with”
“Quickest and best oil change ever. I worked with Michael and he was friendly, professional, and helpful. For some reason I thought it would be cheaper but I was in and out in 15 minutes and that is more than worth the hour it takes at other places. Plus! They check the lights, tire pressure, brakes, battery, top off the fluids and perform the oil change all while you stay remaining in your car. Plus it gave me time to clean out my glove box wasteland of expired insurance cards. I also got a cabin filter replaced that looked like has never been changed in the 4 years I’ve had the car. I liked that he gave me all the “options” for other services but I never felt pressured to buy.

“This was my first time at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change and it was a great experience. All the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic showed me how clean the oil was and showed me the amount (on dipstick) that was in there. They didn't talk down to me when asked questions. I highly recommend this location on Hwy 51 in Madison and want to give the employees a shout out as they all were super! Thank you!”
“My Toyota battery warranty covered battery died this morning; so, I had AAA come jump my car and got to the express service shop as soon as I got the jump. I didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed me in and gave me a shuttle ride and Uber back to the facility. The battery was found to be at fault so they sent me on my way with a new battery (expected) and free car wash (not expected)! Robert also offered to do a full brake check and multi point inspection despite the schedule being tight. I opted to come back another day due to ordering parts I needed to pickup anyway. I had a very pleasant experience! I have gone to Smart Motors Toyota and did NOT feel the same way.”
“Got a nail in my tire on Sunday morning. Nearby tireshops did not have techs available, but recommended us to try Walmart. I was skeptical at first, as I didn't even know Walmart did tire repairs. Turns out they did, and they immediately fixed my tire in an hour. It was nice to be able to eye-shop while waiting for my tire to be fixed. Beats waiting in the waiting room. The technicians were kind and friendly. The fix getting the nail out and patched was only $15, which was less than I expected for an hour labor plus the materials.
Not sure what it would be like to do bigger repairs, but for simple stuff, I fully recommend this place.”

“My car became undriveable while visiting Madison for the weekend. I dropped it off at Budd's Sunday morning, they did tests Monday afternoon, and had it fixed first thing Tuesday morning so I could drive it home for Thanksgiving. I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost but my dad says it was definitely fair, 10/10 recommend :)”
