“I had some issues after my oil change with a bit of oil leaking from the plug, I thought it was caused from the oil change, turned out it was actually a manufactures defect. The owner was working the following day when I brought my suv back, he is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient! He showed me the issue and had a simple fix, I will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on!”

“I brought my 2019 Sonata in for a set of new Michelin CrossClimate2 tires where my wife says she feels like see is floating on air with fantastic traction on snow and water! Also included from Wrench Auto was a plethora of checks, such as, window wash, coolant, brake, engine and transmission levels and clarity; battery capacity; brake lining percent left, to name a few. I highly recommend Wrench Auto for top notch mechanical work and service as I have for over 10 years.”

If by chance they aren’t able to deliver that fast they are so great about contacting us right away on when we can expect them. “I've been relying on Handel since I moved to Wisconsin approx 5 years ago. My 2014 Chevy Cruze has had a host of minor issues that handel has fixed for me very quickly. They do a great job. I'm not an expert on pricing for car repairs, but I'd say Handel are incredibly fair.
Most recently I had to drop off my car after hours to get the window and side panel repaired the next day, and they managed to get it done by the afternoon.
Very greatful to the skilled mechanics at Handel. I will continue to be a repeat customer until the day my vehicle crosses the rainbow highway. Lol!”

“Got an appointment for early afternoon on 5-10-26 for two new tires. I had stopped in early morning to see if they had any in the size I needed and if they had an availability at all. The guy that took care of me was super nice, friendly and helpful. Probably one of the if not the nicest person to ever help me at a Walmart let alone a retail store. Went in for my appointment and everything was fast and super efficient. If anyone from Walmart actually pays attention to these reviews, you have a couple of good ones in the auto center.”

Vern is so kind, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the issues that are going on with your vehicle and is patient. His staff also seem to know their stuff, and are friendly as well! So far, 10/10”
