UW Credit Union is a not-for-profit, member-owned financial cooperative serving University of Wisconsin communities. It provides a full range of consumer financial services, from lending and savings to checking and investments, to over 250,000 members. Members report very easy online experiences for the app, loan acceptance, and account creation. The staff across locations are described as knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and courteous, going above and beyond in customer service. Many members have banked there for decades and cannot imagine banking anywhere else. While this is the corporate office and not a branch, the credit union is noted for its efficient service and world-class technology systems, allowing members to do almost everything online.

Pablo was extremly helpful in finding out why we could not Zelle and after straightening that out he helped us to Zelle in the MOST POLITE AND HELPFUL WAY and gave us his card for help with any future problems

Since I have moved away from a local UWCU branch customer service call in has been wonderful! Even though my closed branch is 2+ hours away I will not change Financials.
