UW Credit Union is a friendly and helpful financial institution. The staff is consistently described as very friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and good at explaining things. They are helpful with opening new accounts and are knowledgeable about a wide range of services. Members appreciate that the staff takes time to explain everything, including safety protections like verifying out-of-state purchases. The process for opening accounts or resolving issues, such as identity theft, is noted as fast and easy. As a not-for-profit credit union, it serves the University of Wisconsin communities. This branch is conveniently located on the Madison College Campus. Drive-up hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
