“I recently bought a new washing machine from the East side (Stoughton Road) location. Due to disability I could not visit in person. I did research online and found the prices to be competitive. The sales rep, Dale, was excellent: courteous, patient with my questions and repeated calls, informed. The delivery team was also excellent: on time, very courteous, had the relevant expertise, and completed the job quickly without any damage to the house or stairs. I purchased the extended warranty so will have to see how they will perform if repairs are needed. But I won't have that information for a few years if at all. In the meantime, my purchase and installation experience were great.”

“Buckle Up, this might be a long one.

Entrance is on Femrite Dr. Once you pull in, you’ll see to your left a little shack and a red canopy, that’s the driver check in office. Receiving starts at 10pm (they have overnight parking at the back). The appointment time slots are 10pm, 12am, 2am & 4am. They use Relay payments for lumper fees.

This part here is from my own experience:
Arrived at 7:30pm for a 2:00am next day appt. Checked in at the receiving office, parked at the back and got a call at 1:45am for a door. Docked at 2:00am, unloaded by 3:30am, paperwork in hand by 4:00am. Not too bad for me since I wasn’t in a rush to head elsewhere.

(P.S: experiences may vary based on who you get at the office, the person unloading your trailer, how many trucks are there and what time your appt is)”

“Rubin's is either your cup of tea or not. The styles are generally modern, Scandinavian inspired and very interesting. We stopped at their warehouse/larger store (there is also a design center downtown) and found a large showroom full of things I'd very much like to buy. There's a clearance area off to the side that sells floor models and returns at good discounts. We were looking for some lounge-y chairs and there were options aplenty. Helping us was very knowledgeable Barb who was never intrusive and let us look around. After making the rounds, we kept coming back to one specific chair - Barb let us know they had 2 in stock from a cancelled order (most things are made to order) in our preferred color, plus they were included in their anniversary sale. SOLD!! I work on the commercial furniture side and felt that the quality here was oberall very high and the prices, for what you get, are pretty fair. It's not IKEA prices to be fair but it's also not made in China crap that will fall apart and bottom out in a few months. You'll love it if: you appreciate mid century or modern design, want a high level of quality, want to customize items. You won't like it if: you need cupholders in your furniture.”
