“Alexa helped my whole family replace their phones this week and couldn’t have been better. She ended up saving my family $3250 by letting us know about the phone trade incentive that was going on. While my family was thinking about which phones to get after leaving the store, she went out of her way to call us 2 hrs prior to her closing time to let us know that she had just found out the incentive would end that night. She then stayed late to insure the new phones were set up properly. She was very nice and a pleasure to work with!”

“I don't shop at Walmart often because, well...usually they are filthy, etc. However, I am highly impressed with Marshfield's store. 1. It was VERY CLEAN, items were stocked nicely, and well stocked. There were not clothes laying on the floor when I walked through the women's department either. 2. The employees looked presentable and were kind and helpful. 3. There were checkouts actually open and they were not all self check outs. Overall, this is one of the cleanest and most pleasant Walmart stores I've shopped at. Minnesota Walmart (Eden Prairie I'm looking at you) could take a few notes from this store. Thank you, I will shop here if needed each time I come back to visit my hometown.”

“ignore the bad reviews (above)!- the service we received from Cody, Daniel, Melissa and AJ was superb!!! We were just in to ask a few questions, re, our plan/new phone and must have spent a couple of hours getting taught sooo much new stuff about the devices (we are digitally illiterate seniors)!! The crew had seemingly endless patience with us. The poor service complaints (see previous reviewers) are not their fault (blame corporate). The new phone we got was thanks to the Marshfield crew's advice, plus we also got a Galaxy Watch4 that were all part of a great plan. I am thinking we may be back for more lessons, so Cody et al- you are not done with these Oldies yet ;)”
