“We visited this location twice while determining new flooring for our dining room. Last evening we made our decision to purchase one of the hardwood floors. Within less than a minute of our arrival to the flooring area, the employee in the area had greeted us and offered his assistance. He then ensured they had enough of the flooring available and also provided assistance locating trim pieces and the matching stain. He also offered to load the flooring (11 boxes) into our vehicle. At the checkouts we were warmly greeted by additional associates who also welcomed our dog into the store. Such great customer service and a pleasant experience!
