“Julia was amazing! First off, I didn't realize it was so hard to find a business that embroiders a single personal item. Most places I went to either only embroidered their own merchandise or commercially. I waited to the last minute, but I was determined to have a personalized doggie jacket made as a gift. The fabric was a bit difficult to work with because of the liner. It was too thick for stitch embroidery, Julia came up with another great solution using heat transfer and it came out perfectly! She emailed me the same day with a picture of what it would look like just in case I wanted to make any last minute changes. The turn around time was quick! Outstanding customer service! Thanks again Julia!!! I will definitely use Madison Top in the future.”

“Jesse and Austin went way above and beyond today by staying late so I could return an item. I was having issues with opening the barcode on the email and had to contact the company for the return. I was on the phone for 20 minutes and that was 15 minutes past closing time. I apologize to both Jesse and Austin and they reassured me it was okay.”

“Anthony and his team customer service is excellent. I left my phone in a rental car and to meet his deadline to send next day was willing to go over to Hertz to retrieve it. Fortunately, Hertz made the delivery over to the store, Anthony had it wrapped and sent out on time to make the one day.
Anthony took ownership of the problem and made sure my problem of leaving a phone at Hertz got resolved for me.”

“I had to print an 11x17 portfolio with a cardstock cover, plus a few resumes. They were super helpful and printed everything while I waited, giving me test prints to make sure everything was correct.Staples, by comparison, has cheaper (ie. flimsy see through) paper and did not carry cardstock and wanted me to send out my project for delivery in 7 ish days. My interview got scheduled closer than that which make it a no-go.I will be using Insty-Prints for future prints. They were kind, but note they take cash/check only.”

From past experiences (not today), have noticed that getting copies printed here can take a while (a day or two vs some places that can print within a couple hours).”
