“I was in Madison for a tradeshow at Alliant Energy Center. I needed a graphic printed that day as a fix for the fabric graphics that were printed incorrectly. After calling several other shops that could not produce what I needed in time, I called Allegra. Craig was super friendly and let me know they would be able to produce what I needed that day. I had send the art files around 11:30am and Craig had the graphic printed and hand delivered to me at 1pm. The graphic worked perfectly and I could not have been happier.”

“I frequently go to this UPS Store, but I wanted to take a minute to recognize the staff today. When I was in the parking lot, my car suddenly wouldn’t start and I started to panic because my phone was at 5% and I wasn’t sure what to do. I went inside to ask if I could borrow a charger, and the two employees working around 1 PM were incredibly kind. The girl working immediately let me plug in my phone, gave me tissues, and brought me a chair while I tried to calm down and figure things out. She was so sweet and reassuring when I was clearly stressed. Then the guy working actually came outside and helped jump my car so I could get home. Both of them went out of their way to help me when they absolutely didn’t have to. Their kindness really meant a lot in a stressful moment and completely turned my day around. I really hope the owners know how wonderful these two employees are. Thank you both again for being so kind and helpful.”
