After showing Matt pictures of my dent (that was right on a factory crease) he estimated he'd be able to get approximately 80% of it out. He ended up getting it near 100% out, and in only 1 hour! I paid him more than his estimate as a result. Very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, highly recommend!
