“1300 miles from home and had a nail in a tire. Went to the shop at 715. They don't open till 730.
I sat down with my coffee to wait and someone opened the shop for me.
I was dropping the car off, and they gave me a ride to my uncle's.
Texted about 10 saying it was done. They did an inspection and sent a report.

“Marty came thru for me again - flat tire issue - it took two repairs to get it completed, but he picked up the tire promptly and brought it back and installed it on the mower. That repair didn't stick but he came back right away, and this time took the entire mower back with him as I asked him to check it out as that day it wouldn't start. He fixed the tire and checked out the mower, it is running great again. Not any expensive repairs, but he didn't ask for any payment for the 2nd trip, so I am gladly providing this review. Tom”
“Four stars only because the 8k 4-post lift I bought had the ladder guide bolts back out over time. This was after three years of semi frequent use, but was a VERY dangerous situation. Reached out to Rick when it happened and was told it had never happened before and it would be 1000-1500 for someone to come out and reinstall the guide.
Pulled it all apart myself and found that another had theee of the four bolts all the way backed out and only held loosely by one. All of the rest were finger tight. These bolt had zero loctite from the factory.
If you buy a four post lift from The Lift Superstore insist that all of the guide bolts are removed and loctite added. Luckily I am very mechanically inclined and could get my car down damage, or worse!
It is worth mentioning that Rick was great to deal with every time I have talked to him or the rest of the staff.”
