“I just want to send a personal shout out to Sara(h), the young lady that helped me find EVERYTHING I needed for my daughter’s first year of softball. She brought me down all the isles and helped me figure out what pants were good (I wasn’t sure on etiquette for the sport) down to how to tell what bat works for my daughter, helmet size etc. I would have left there with stuff going on a whim had she not helped me so thank you again for making the shopping trip easy for us this morning!”
“This has become one of my favorite book stores! I pop in every couple weeks to see what has come in for self help/business/leadership books. I always check here before I go to half priced books.Please don't think from my review this is all they have at the store! Many categories and rooms filled for excellent prices! They also have a discount store on the left.I've learned this is family owned and run. All are very friendly and greet you genuinely when you walk in.”

“I had such a great experience thanks to Sebrena at Five Below! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me find an Apple Watch charger. She went above and beyond by double-checking online, making sure I had exactly what I needed instead of just pointing me in a direction. It’s rare to come across someone who cares that much about helping a customer, and I truly appreciated her outstanding customer service. Sabrina’s kindness and dedication deserve to be recognized. “Have gotten a lot of deals here. There’s a variety of stuff usually at half of retail price. These are store returns so expect occasional damaged packaging or cosmetic defects. The owners are great people and do their best to test everything and make sure everything is there. I’ve only had 1 issue with a product I got from there and they were very quick to make it right. They have a Facebook page and post most of their new products as they come in.”
“An awesome place to shop. Reminds me of the nostalgia of living the ghetto life of living out of my car and relying on dollar tree stores as a food and food supply store.

Cleaning supplies, arts and crafts supplies, auto mobile stuff,tools etc. Medical items as well. $5 aisle is awesome when it's seasonal. Prices have changed. $5 $7 $9 prices vary. All the workers work extremely hard for us the customer.”
“This is long overdue but this is a great place to find exactly what you didn't think you needed. Pricing can't be beat and the staff are so kind and helpful. I personally would like the thank Connor for all his hard work and enthusiasm to help anyone. I would highly suggest reading the signs posted to capitalize on the deals and keep the store looking nice. (ie. don't open unopened boxes, you don't get paid to do that, the workers do)”
“The cashier's are usually so nice! However the prices...are usually great but I can find the same stuff at Walmart for cheaper such as the hangers, there's also always an isle that's completely covered with boxes from stocking”

“I recently had an unfortunate encounter with a confrontational employee at the Five Below in Neenah. However, I want to give this store 5 stars because of the manager’s, Donald, exceptional handling of the situation.
The manager stepped in immediately, listened attentively, and de-escalated the tension quickly and professionally.
Thanks to the manager’s calm and effective approach, I left with a positive impression.”
“Yesterday I came into this store in dire need of some baby diapers for my infant. By using my phone number I got a discount on the Luvs diapers. Instead of 8 bucks they were only 6 dollars and some change. I got to the register and after swiping my card 4 times the same result. It declined. I went home told the wife and it showed the 6 bucks and change as pending. I thought it had worked but upon coming back to the store talked to the Manager or GM I'm not sure who it was but thisreal nice lady I had seen earlier. I walked out of the store bummed and worried about what to do for diapers. I got almost to my vehicle and heard a lady yell excuse me sir. Here are the diapers I don't want your baby to have to go without diapers. No you don't have to do that for me yes it's ok. I told the lady thank you but never got to catch her name. Hopefully I see her again in the near future. I just wanted to share my story. It may have only seemed like 6.50 bucks but to me it was a very kind deed that shouldn't go overlooked. Thank you to the kind sweet lady again. If you read this thank you I got home and told the wife and she was also very appreciative . I couldn't wait to tell the wife what had happened.”

“I love it here, probably one of the best dollar trees in the area. The staff is so incredibly kind, they always make small talk which to me is such a sign of genuine kindness. The shelves are always stocked full, and all the viral products one might be looking for are always there! 10/10 would recommend!!”

“I give 5 stars for some of the workers who are exceptional in customer service. But whoever is working tonight, 02/01/2026, 5:45pm, has horrible customer service skills. This was my second encounter with her. First time, she was concerned about spilled caffeine. Tonight, she didn't even acknowledge me during check out. Too busy chatting with another worker. I hope you all do yourselves a favor and can her. I feel uneasy visiting your store when she is present. Thanks.”
