“The employees greeted me at the door. When I asked for help finding the correct paint they promptly showed me where it was located. Quick and friendly checkout with the offer of a milk bone for my blind dog. The cashier even opened the door for me since he knew I was carrying my dog. I could not have asked for better service.”
“I shop here when I know they have what I need and where it is located in the store because I've gotten them from here before. Although there are many other home improvement stores closer to me I often have to roam the stores because things are hard to find. The store is small so it doesn't take long to walk from one side to the other.”

“Went in on 7-5 after a horrible downpour that left our backyard with 13" of water. To say we were stressed is an understatement. Lindsey was there to help us quickly find a pump and went out of her way to check that a standard hose would fit the pump before we left. We were able to have the pump running in our yard in less then an hour from the downpour thanks to the quick help of Lindsey! Thanks Northern Tools for the excellent service”

“Flatbed unload of rebar was quick! Nice guys in the back outside! Overnight parking in Front of gate or out on street! Enter the East gate…. Start time is 6:30am when guys start showing up…. I waited till a bit after 7am to let the employees flow in and to get going…. They leave at about 5pm”

“I am in the process of rebuilding my Briggs and Stratton snowblower engine. The documentation for the engine model that I'm rebuilding is extremely difficult to find. I ended up calling Krueger's and they (Scott) looked up the torque specs for me. He went way out of his way to help me out (at no cost). I will be giving my small engine business to Kruegers going forward!”
“I had an online order that I did and then showed up 20 minutes later to pick it up. (Its also Fathers Day so was busy)Obviously it wasn't ready but your front desk was amazing and called the other team members to let them know I was there and to pick my order first. They didn't have to do that they could have told me to wait but they didn't they obviously have other orders to fill. Troy was extremely helpful and when I went back because I couldn't assemble it; he helped without making me feel embarrassed. The check out person and Troy made me feel like their only customer.... not hurried (and really helpful)!!”
